Located in London zones 1 to 6
Ideally priced between £300k and £600k per unit but all price points would be considered
Projected rental yield of above 4%
Close proximity to transport links
In areas of regeneration with good capital growth prospects
Ideally prelaunch or off market with long build times
As outlined above, we are looking for opportunities that provide a balance between good rental yield and good capital growth as this provides the best vehicle to meet our investors’ expectations.
